Refunds
We are very proud of GlenCoe Bagpipes' products, but if you don't like what you receive, you are very welcome to send it back for a full refund.

We will be pleased to give you a refund or exchange if you notify us and return your purchase within 30 days of purchase. Please send your item back to us in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

If you simply regret your purchase or decide that the product isn't right for you, you will be responsible for paying for shipping costs to return the product and any customs or other fees applicable to allow us to receive the return.

Exchanges
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged, and we will pay the shipping costs. Please send us an email at info@glencoebagpipes.com to discuss your exchange.

In the first instance, please send us an email at info@glencoebagpipes.com. Please do not return a product without contacting us. We will advise the return address by email.
